The John Skirving Ewart and T. Seaton Ewart collection [manuscript]. -- [Processed 1997].

Manuscripts, speeches, and articles related to the life and career of one of Canada's foremost constitutional experts, John Skirving Ewart, 1849-1933. His advocacy of Canadian independence has become legendary. The collection also contains material related to his son Thomas Seaton Ewart, who was a graduate of St. John's College, and spent many years with the Provincial Government of Manitoba. Some of his civil servant's career relates to long-term Manitoba Premier John Bracken. For photographs related to the J. S. and T.S. Ewart collection, see Pc 127.
